All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within one to 5 business days of ordering. 

We offer FREE & Express shipping in the US, and the typical delivery time frame is between 7-15 business days for Free Shipping and 5-12 business days for Express Shipping, depending on your location.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the following regular business day.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Occasionally, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.

We ship from Chicago with Express Shipping 

We ship directly from our production warehouse in Shanghai all the Free Shipping orders.
